1. Online courses

Fees paid for online courses are non-refundable once access is activated. Please review course details before payment.

2. LearnX subscription

LearnX subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

3. Personal mentorship

Mentorship payments are non-refundable after enrolment/activation. Please confirm the programme and fee before payment.

4. Physical books

Book orders may be cancelled before dispatch where processing can still be stopped. Once a book has been dispatched, the order is non-refundable. Damaged or materially incorrect deliveries should be reported promptly with photographs and order details.

5. Duplicate or erroneous payments

A refund may be processed for a genuine duplicate charge or payment collected in error, subject to payment-provider/bank verification.

6. Failed transactions

If your bank shows a debit but Prerana does not receive or confirm the payment, the transaction will be checked against payment records and any eligible reversal will follow the gateway/bank settlement process.
